  I love the gym and courts a very motivational place to be for myself. What did make it harder and part of the reason I needing to step away was, the basketball courts harder to practice as it was always being used which is nobody’s fault. Also the scrimmages Tuesday and Thursday were fostering an exclusive culture for the “elites” which I personally do not like as we can all get better together instead of isolating players out. The pro run now on Tuesday has manifested a lot of complaints as we feel we can compete with the best of them. Other than that it’s amazing place and so many success stories.   Great gym with a wide range of free weights, machines, cardio, and mat areas. Has a full size Basketball court with 6 full size hoops and nets which is always great to shoot around on. Love getting my basketball training done here.
